By browsing, purchasing, registering or submitting information on the UniRugs website, you fully agree to abide by all terms listed in this Legal Statement. If you disagree with any clause, you must stop using our website and products immediately.

UniRugs is a home textile retail brand focused on indoor & outdoor area rugs, carpet mats and woven floor decor. All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of California, Orange County, USA. All disputes shall be resolved in the local courts of Anaheim, California.

1.3 Product Description Disclaimer
We strive to display accurate colors, sizes, textures and material details of all rugs. Slight color deviation may exist due to screen resolution, lighting and batch production differences, which do not qualify as defective goods. Custom size rugs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once produced.

1.4 Payment & Order Liability
All payment transactions are processed via authorized third-party payment providers. UniRugs does not store complete credit/debit card sensitive data. You warrant all payment information you submit is valid and legally owned by yourself. Any fraudulent orders will be cancelled without prior notice, and relevant records submitted to law enforcement.

1.5 Intellectual Property
All website texts, product images, brand logo, design copy and video content belong exclusively to UniRugs. Unauthorized copying, editing, redistribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited. We reserve rights to pursue compensation for copyright infringement.

1.6 Limitation of Liability
UniRugs shall not be responsible for indirect losses including but not limited to lost profits, property damage, personal injury arising from improper installation, overuse or misuse of rugs. Our maximum compensation liability for any single order is limited to the total amount you paid for that merchandise.
