1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, weekends). Orders placed after daily cutoff time or on holidays will be processed the next working day.
Custom-sized, oversized, out-of-stock rugs require extended processing time, which will be marked clearly on product pages.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship all domestic orders via UPS, FedEx and USPS. Two shipping options are available at checkout:
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 3–7 business days after dispatch. Free standard shipping for all US orders with no minimum spend.
• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery 2–3 business days after dispatch. Calculated rate based on rug weight & dimension, shown before payment.
We DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarding warehouses. A valid residential/commercial street address is mandatory for all rug shipments (rugs are oversized bulky goods).
3. International Shipping
We deliver worldwide to most countries. International shipping fees are auto-calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and package size.
• Estimated transit time: 10–30 business days, subject to local customs clearance.
• Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. UniRugs will not cover any additional customs taxes upon arrival.
• If a shipment is seized, delayed, rejected or returned by local customs, we cannot offer full or partial refunds for shipping loss. Return shipping cost and original delivery fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email with full tracking number and carrier tracking link will be sent to your registered email address.
If your package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first for investigation before reaching out to UniRugs support. Risk of loss, damage or theft transfers to the buyer after the carrier signs for the package.
5. Shipping Exclusions & Force Majeure
UniRugs is not liable for delivery delays caused by uncontrollable factors: natural disasters, extreme weather, carrier labor strikes, supply chain shortages, government border restrictions, holiday shipping surges.
We will notify customers promptly if severe delays occur, with options to wait for restock or cancel orders for full merchandise refund (shipping fees non-refundable).
